What is Psychotherapy?
At times, our experiences and emotions can feel overwhelming.
This can impact us physically, emotionally as well as psychologically.
Over time, this can have consequences for our day to day lives, relationships and work. People can feel stuck, frustrated, lost and empty.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy can provide an important, safe, confidential space to gain insight of our ourselves, our experiences and our difficulties.
This can involve receiving help to identify, and work through, the underlying events, relationships, beliefs and fears which may be causing destructive patterns.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy sessions are structured to take place on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes.
